Do you serve outside Delhi NCR?
Currently we operate only within Delhi NCR — Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and nearby towns like Manesar, Sohna and Bahadurgarh. This keeps our crews close and our service tight.
Is my luggage insured? What if something breaks?
Our packing standard is designed for zero damage. Transit insurance can be arranged on request for high-value moves — ask us when booking and we'll include it in the quote.
Can you shift on Sundays or the same day?
Yes. We work all 7 days. Same-day moves within NCR are possible subject to crew availability — call us early in the morning.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, every move gets a proper GST invoice. Useful for company-paid relocations and reimbursements.
How is a car or bike transported?
Cars go on open or enclosed carriers with wheel-lock straps. Bikes and scooters are wrapped in corrugated sheet and bubble film (crate optional), fuel drained, and strapped upright. We take photos at pickup and delivery.
How many days before should I book?
2–3 days is ideal for a home move; office moves need about a week for inventory. Urgent same-day moves are also possible — just call.
Do I need to pack anything myself?
No. Our crew brings all material and packs everything. If you prefer, you can pack personal items and documents yourself and we handle the rest.
What payment modes do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer, cards and cash. A small advance confirms the booking; the balance is paid on delivery against the GST invoice.
